Company Structure

In October 1999, Zigong Xingyu Cemented Carbide Dies & Tools Co., Ltd. established in Zigong City,Sichuan province.Zigong City is one of the two major production areas of tungsten carbide .During the infancy of company, we have been focusing on producing varity of tungsten carbide dies. Such as carbide stamping dies,wire drawing dies,carbide stretching dies,etc.

In May 2002,our long-term cooperation customer had new demand for the tungsten carbide wear parts. Besides the carbide dies,Zigong Xingyu began to producing the tungsten carbide wear parts.Such as carbide bushings,carbide nozzles,carbide seats,carbide valve core,scarbide buttons,carbide inserts,etc.

In March 2006, Zigong Xingyu stepped in to the international business of tungsten carbide products with the help of a trading company in Shanghai.We supplied a batch of tungsten carbide seats to a US customer. After the testing, they had a very high evaluation of our products quality and customer service.Due to this successful case, we have strengthened our confidence and determination of international business of tungsten carbide wear parts.

In December 2009, Zigong Xingyu stepped in to a new development stage, our factory new production base was established in Zigong High-Tech Industrial Park.Covering an area of 7000㎡ and with a construction area of 3000㎡.In addition, most of our production equipment have been replaced with new and more advanced machines.Such as the new pressing machines,sintering furnace, automatic grinders,lapping machine,wire cutting,EDM,CNC etc.

In January 2011,Zigong Xingyu had been certified by ISO9001: 2008.With this opportunity ,Zigong Xingyu had formed a full quality control management system.

In May 2016,Zigong Xingyu attended the expo in Las Vegas USA.

In June 2016,Zigong Xingyu had become a export-oriented company. Foreign market share up to 75%-80% in our total turnover.

In April 2017,Zigong Xingyu attended the expo in Hannover Germany.

In May 2018, Zigong Xingyu attended the expo in Moscow Russia.
